Understanding Our Fees, Payments, and Policies

Transparency and trust are the foundation of how we work.

At Divinity Consult, we believe clarity is key especially when it comes to finances. Studying abroad is a big step, and we want you to feel fully informed about what to expect and how our payment system works. Our process is designed to be simple, structured, and fair. Each stage of payment corresponds directly to a milestone in your journey, so you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for and when.

Payment Structure

The entire cost of our service is $7000. Payments can be made at once or in instalments. Regarding the instalment payments, before we begin, we require a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 (or equivalent). This covers your initial consultation, document review, and administrative setup. Once we move into the admissions stage, the second instalment of $3,000 becomes due upon collation of all required application documents and prior to submission of applications. Application is submitted after payment of the $3000. Your final instalment of $3,000 is due upon issuance of offer letters and prior to the visa submission stage. All payments must be completed before any visa documentation or final deliverables (including admission documents and supporting letters) are released.

Full Payment Option

For clients who prefer to settle everything upfront, a single one-time payment of $7,000 can be made before the start of the process. This option ensures faster processing, consolidated paperwork, and smoother transitions between stages.

Whether you choose to pay in installments or all at once, your payments are fully acknowledged with official receipts and securely processed through our designated accounts or authorized online portals.

Third-Party Application Fees

At Divinity Consult, transparency is everything. The only third-party fees we cover as part of your package are university application fees which we pay directly when submitting your applications. For all other external processes, including standardized tests (such as IELTS, TOEFL, GMAT, or GRE) and visa applications, payments are made independently by you, the client, directly to the respective institutions or embassies. We’ll guide you through every step of registration, documentation, and submission, but these costs are not included in our service fees, and we do not collect or process payments on behalf of third parties. This ensures that all payments remain transparent, traceable, and secure, with full control in your hands.

Adjusted Pricing for Elective Services

We understand that some clients may have already completed certain stages of the process, such as standardized tests (IELTS, GMAT, GRE) or may wish to handle their visa independently. In such cases, adjusted pricing may apply. Any price modification will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before commencement of the service. This ensures transparency for both parties while maintaining the integrity of our structured process.

Standalone Services

At Divinity Consult, we understand that every student’s journey is different. While our flagship service is an end-to-end consultation package, we also offer certain services independently for clients who prefer focused support or are only in need of that specific service. These include University Application Management, SOP Review & Coaching, and Accommodation Assistance. Each service is priced individually and can be purchased separately or as part of a larger consultation plan. Refund Policy

To maintain fairness and accountability, please note that all payments made are non-refundable once the respective stage of service has commenced. This includes the initial deposit, which covers consultation, administrative, and preparatory costs.

Refunds are not available in cases of:

• Visa refusal by an embassy or consulate

• Client withdrawal after a stage has begun

• Non-cooperation, lack of communication, or delays caused by the client

• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information

Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth processing and timely results, each client is expected to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information throughout the process

• Submit all requested documents within stated timelines. (Divinity consult limits liability for any false or fraudulent documents provided)

• Communicate only through official Divinity Consult channels

• Maintain good conduct and respect established timelines and procedures

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may lead to delayed processing or termination of services without refund.
