1. Can I choose a university of my choice?

Absolutely. If you already have specific universities in mind, we’ll gladly work toward those choices. Our role is to make sure your application meets their requirements and is submitted properly. The only thing to note is that if you pick a university outside our direct partner network, we’ll still apply for you — but timelines and outcomes will depend on that university’s internal process. Either way, we’ll guide you through it every step of the way.

2. Can I pay for your service in instalments?

Yes, you can. We understand this process involves a lot of costs, so we’ve made payment flexible. You’ll make an initial deposit to begin your application, then complete the rest in clearly defined stages as we move through your admissions and visa milestones. Everything is transparent, and we’ll go over the schedule with you during your first call so there are no surprises.

3. What happens after my consultation?

After your consultation, we send you a clear plan outlining your university options, scholarship opportunities, and the next steps to get started. Once you confirm you’re ready to proceed, we officially begin your admissions process and assign a dedicated consultant to handle your case.

4. What if I don’t meet the requirements for the universities I like?

That’s okay, it happens more often than you’d think. We’ll review your profile and find suitable universities that still align with your goals. Sometimes that means recommending foundation or pathway programs that can get you into your dream course a few months later. Our goal is never to tell you no, it’s to show you how.

5. Do I need to take IELTS or other tests?

It depends on where you’re applying and your academic background. Some universities waive English tests if your previous education was in English, while others require IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or GMAT/GRE for postgraduate courses. Don’t worry, we’ll tell you exactly what’s needed for your situation and guide you through registration and preparation.

6. Can Divinity Consult help me find scholarships or funding?

Yes, we can. and we do. Where your grades qualify, we apply for scholarships automatically on your behalf. We also advise you on trusted funding bodies that support international students so you can plan your finances confidently.

7. Will you help with accommodation?

Definitely. Once your admission is confirmed, we help you review verified housing options and secure accommodation before you even travel. You’ll choose what works best for you, and we’ll handle the paperwork and communication so your new home is ready when you arrive.

8. What if my visa is denied?

A refusal doesn’t always mean the end of the road. We’ll review the embassy’s feedback, identify what went wrong, and help you reapply where possible. Sometimes small document or financial errors cause rejections and we’ll help you correct them. You won’t face it alone.

9. Do you assist with post-arrival matters?

Yes, we do. From helping you open a bank account and register for healthcare to orienting you on transportation, shopping, and safety, we make sure you settle comfortably. You’ll also receive our Settling-In Pack, which includes practical tips for your new city.

10. How long does the entire process take?

It varies depending on your country, course, and how early you start. On average, from your first consultation to your visa approval can take between 3–6 months. Starting early gives you more options and peace of mind and we’ll keep you updated throughout.

11. Can you guarantee my admission or visa?

We can’t ethically guarantee either, no genuine agency can. What we can guarantee is that your application will be handled professionally, on time, and in line with all requirements, giving you the strongest possible chance of success.

12. Why should I choose Divinity Consult over another agency?

Because we actually care. We don’t hand you forms and disappear; we walk the journey with you — explaining, updating, and listening. We understand how big this step is for you and your family, and we treat it with the seriousness and empathy it deserves.
