2. Consultation & Academic Planning

During your consultation, we take a deep dive into your academic background, your aspirations, and the countries or courses you’re considering. We’ll talk about your career goals, your preferred universities (if you already have some in mind), and explore other strong options we know are a great fit for your profile. If you have specific universities you’d like us to apply to, we’ll gladly accommodate that. However, it’s important to note that while we’ll assist you in applying, we can’t be held responsible for delays or non-admissions caused by the university’s own internal processes. Our goal here is to design a tailored admissions strategy that works for you one that’s realistic, transparent, and gives you the highest possible chance of success.

3. Profile Evaluation, Scholarships & Application Strategy

After understanding your background and goals, our experts evaluate your academic profile in detail. Based on your grades and achievements, we automatically match you to universities and scholarship opportunities that align with your strengths. Where your results qualify, we’ll apply for merit-based or institutional scholarships on your behalf so you don’t have to lift a finger. For students who need additional financial planning or assistance, we also offer guidance on legitimate funding options that can support your proof of funds requirements. From here, we create your full admissions roadmap, outlining your university list, required documents, test registrations (IELTS, GMAT, GRE, or others if applicable), and the timeline for each stage.

4. Application Management & Real-Time Updates

Once everything is in place, we move into execution. Our team handles all your application submissions carefully preparing your documents, ensuring accuracy, and keeping everything on schedule. You’ll have your own Divinity Consult online portal, where you can log in to track your progress live, upload files, and communicate with us directly anytime. You can ask questions, request updates, and even receive notifications as we move through key stages like offer letters, visa approvals, or scholarship results. It’s transparency and convenience rolled into one.

5. Accommodation Support - Your Home Away from Home

Finding a comfortable and convenient place to stay is one of the most important parts of preparing for your study-abroad journey and we make sure you never have to worry about it.

At Divinity Consult, we begin assisting with your accommodation arrangements immediately after your admission offer is secured. Depending on your preferences and budget, we explore a range of verified housing options from on-campus residences to trusted private apartments near your university. You’ll have full visibility throughout the process. We’ll share available options, photos, prices, and details so that you make the final choice, and once you do, our team takes care of the communication and arrangement with the landlord or university housing office. For students who prefer us to handle everything, we can coordinate deposits, lease paperwork, and confirmation directly with your host institution or property manager so your accommodation is fully secured before you even begin your visa process. Our goal is to ensure that, by the time you’re ready to fly, your new home is waiting for you safe, convenient, and suited perfectly to your needs.

6. Visa Preparation & Guidance

Once you’ve received your university offers, we begin the visa process. We guide you through completing every form, gathering the required documents, and preparing for any interviews that may be required. Our team ensures your application meets all official standards and deadlines so that your chances of approval remain high. We’ll also keep you updated every step of the way right from submission until your passport is stamped and ready for collection.

7. Pre-departure & Arrival Assistance

When your visa is approved, it’s time to prepare for your new life abroad and we make sure that transition is smooth and stress-free. We provide airport pickup, university registration, and even secure your accommodation before you arrive. To make settling in easier, we also provide a “Settling In Guide” , a helpful leaflet that includes everything you need to know in your first few weeks:
